Abigail has had a very productive middle school and high school career in cross country and track.  Abby did not run cross country in middle school, but she still holds 4 middle school track records.  In high school, she started running cross country and excelled in the sport.  She is a 4-time league champion, 1 time Region Champion, 4 time State Qualifier, and a 3 time individual State medalist.  She also owns the 5k school record.  In the two seasons, Abigail has been allowed to run track, she has qualified for State both years.  Her freshman year she qualified in the 300 hurdles and in the 4x800 relay, medaling in both and breaking the school record in the 4x800.  In her junior year, Abigail qualified for State in the 300 hurdles, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay, and the 4x800 relay.  She medaled in the 4x400 relay and the 4x800 relay, again breaking her own school record.  Abigail's work ethic on the track mirror's her work ethic in the classroom, where she has a 4.0 GPA.  Abigail has signed to run cross country and track at The University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS where she has decided to study in the field of medicine.  I am very proud of her accomplishments thus far, and I am sure she will have an outstanding college career.  I am extremely proud to be her father, and I am very privileged to have been able to be her coach.
