They are few but they are mighty! Thank you to our awesome bus drivers who take our kids wherever they need to go- school, home, the zoo, a music contest, a ball game, and/or a track meet… wherever we’re going, they’re taking us! We are grateful they enjoy driving us wherever we need to go!

These ladies sure make life easier at the middle school and high school! They attend classes to help students and provide opportunities for additional learning when needed. In their spare time, they help our teachers with anything and everything they need! We are all grateful!

They provide the parachute that many of our students need to help calm down and process situations inside or outside of school. These ladies love our students and their jobs! This group of educators love on our little ones every day! They teach the foundations of reading, writing, and arithmetic…they also teach how to walk in a line, when to wipe your nose, and how to pump your legs on the swings! This crew… they keep our buildings and grounds clean and functioning. They work hard every day and do all the odd jobs needed behind the scenes from trash collection to sanitizing bathrooms. We couldn’t function without them! We appreciate our Maintenance, Custodial, and Grounds crew more than they know!

Here is a look at the improvements that would be made to the middle school gym.
Window concerns will be addressed with the proposed bond. Windows in each of the three schools will be replaced.
The long 21 day wait while the eggs were in the incubator was worth it! Mrs. Miller's PreK 4 class hatched 18 chicks! It was fun to finally be able to hold them.
Yesterday the 6th grade had the opportunity to tour the KDHE Mobile Laboratory Experience. Such a fun morning and a great learning environment.
Handcrafted Arts students are still working on projects. Barn quilts, finger knitting, upcycling of an old chair, watercolors, acrylic sunflowers, magazine "sticks" are just a few of the projects!
The KDHE Mobile Laboratory Experience is an immersive, educational experience brought to K-12 public schools across Kansas. It features hands-on science experiences taught by professional educators and scientists, this onsite field trip is completely grant funded.
The grade school had the chance to interact with the Mobile Lab throughout the day yesterday.
Roof concerns are a big issue and are a substantial part of the proposed bond.
Science Department needs that will be addressed with the bond election.
